Important:
An express application for the Learner's Permit (BF 17) is unfortunately not possible, because the Driving Licence Department Darmstadt may has to request a request for card driving licence from local driving registry for the accompanying adult driver from other Driving Licence Departments - in this point the Driving Licence Department Darmstadt depends on the reaction time of the other authorities.
